Founded in 1818 by the marriage of Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, Billecart-Salmon is the oldest continuously family-owned House in the region. For over two hundred years, the House has developed a renowned expertise in crafting fine, elegant and balanced Champagnes. With over three years of aging on lees in the House chalk cellars, this vintage shows great finesse and richness with notes of apple blossom and ripe pear. Dry, fruity with a fine line of minerality, all balanced by the apple and crisp citrus-fruit flavors coming together in a vibrant, textured wine.
