Domaine Bibich is one of Croatia's most famous wineries, situated on the glittering Dalmatian Coast along the Adriatic Sea. The wines here are like a salty mirror image of Italy, its eastern coast just a stone's throw away, but with perhaps an even more bright beach, white-sand vibe. In spite of the winery's fame, they're still able to make wines that are genuinely enjoyable: this rosé is everything you want for this summer's oysters, tube tops, sunburned drives back from the beach.
