A delicate spoon with a satisfying weight. Designed by Sōri Yanagi (1915-2011), an industrial designer who shaped the Japanese modern design movement after WWII. His works can be found in the permanent collections of The Rubell Museum and MoMA.
Founded as a small steel wholesale company in 1930, Sato Shoji has since expanded to become one of the most iconic names in Japanese flatware. Their Martian logo can be found everywhere from the Palace Hotel Tokyo to Japan Airlines.
