It's all about family at Biscaris, a women-led project by Antonia Guardabasso situated on 11 hectares in southeastern Sicily. Biodynamic since 2004, the vineyards, positioned at 100m and 200m above sea level, impart maritime qualities to the wines. This 100% Inzolia wine is floral and herbaceous, think chamomile and beeswax. Aged in stainless steel, this textured, dry white wine would complement flaky fish and rich pasta meals fantastically.
