After a 15-year career as a journalist and war correspondent, Gabriel Dvoskin transitioned to pursue his passion in wine. Discovering this love during travels through Europe and while living in Paris, he became a harvest assistant in renowned Rhône and Burgundy wineries. In 2007, he returned to Argentina, seeking a cool, biodynamic vineyard. El Cepillo in the Uco Valley proved ideal, offering a unique microclimate. Pintom Pinot Noir, from organically grown vines planted in 2010, reflects Gabriel's commitment to minimal intervention, with hand-harvesting, foot-stomping, and neutral French oak aging before bottling without fining or filtration.
