Branchwater Farms is located in Dutchess County, just outside of the town of Red Hook, NY. Owners, farmers and distillers Kevin Pike and Robin Touchet are passionately dedicated to regenerative farming, believing that rebuilding the health of the soil ultimately produces the best crops, and by extension, the best spirits. Their white vermouth is started from a base of New York State native grape Vidal Blanc, and then fortified with proprietary spirits before adding a blend of bitters, herbs and citrus for this dry vermouth.
