Metal House is a small-batch, locally run orchard which has been committed to showcasing natural and sustainable Hudson Valley ciders since its inception. Their first foray into mingling apples and grapes, Bam Bam is made from freshly pressed, estate grown Cab Franc skins sourced from Fjord Winery in Milton, NY and cofermented with Jonamac apples grown in the Esopus orchard. It’s barrel aged in former rye whiskey barrels from Coppersea Distillers, giving the cider a lively spice that marries well with the peppery notes from the Cab Franc skins. Tannic, savory and acidic - perfect to pair with something rich and creamy.
