60% Gruner Veltliner, 35% Weissburgunder (aka Pinot Blanc) and 5% Muscat Ottonel from a few different plots of 25 year old biodynamic vines planted on limestone along the north shore of Lake Neusiedl, wild fermented in steel where it ages on the lees for 7 months before it gets bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Racy and fresh with lime zest and under ripe apricot.
