Yola Mezcal’s all female hand-bottling facility offers direct pay, and focuses on positive community impact and promoting autonomy and economic independence for its employees in Oaxaca. Made from fully ripe, organically grown espadín, this is an excellent introduction to mezcal, light, smooth and easy drinking.
