Union Horse Distilling in Kansas City, KS is unique among distilleries, as they mill locally sourced grains in-house, as well as barreling and bottling the whiskey on site. It's a rare ability to do the entire process start to finish in one facility: most American whiskey brands are not produced this way at all. This is a five-year-old small batch, 100% rye made in Union Horse’s 500-gallon copper still.
