Christian Tschida's masterful iteration of Cabernet Franc from a marshy, salty lakeside vineyard parcel. It's called 'Non-Tradition' because this grape obviously is not from Austria by origin (but rather from the Loire in France); however, this bottling is an incredibly vibrant contester for the simultaneous elegance and depth possible for this red grape in this Central European zone. A rare bird and one that would benefit from cellaring, too.
