Thibault Ducroux, raised in Beaujolais by a winemaking father, found his passion for winemaking as a toddler. Later inspired by Jules Chauvet, the pioneer of French natural wine, which came to define Thibault's wine making style. He organically farms these 3 hectares of 40-year-old vines on clay-silt soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, undergo 3-day whole-bunch carbonic maceration in concrete, and are slowly pressed. Bottled unfiltered with minimal SO2.
