Super Cattivo is a duo named Tristan and Daniel from Austria and Germany who fell in love with Italian aperitivo culture when vacationing in Liguria; they started experimenting with very high-quality, natural-wine-oriented versions of Italian aperitivi in a friendly winemaker’s cellar in Burgenland, Austria, and this convoluted European tale has led us to some of the most delicious aperitivi we’ve had in ages.
