This Venetian macerated white wine from house favorite producer Siemàn was co-fermented in acacia barrels, with seven days' worth of skin contact. A structured and serious white wine, done without punchdowns and added SO2: it displays a bronzed floral quality, with clear spicy, piquant, and earthen qualities. Great for main dishes—definitely not light n flimsy orange wine for keeping freezing cold. Pair with white pizzas, broccolini, potato pie or sausages!
