Emiliano Giorgi and Arcangelo Galuppi are the duo behind natural wine outfit Sete in Priverno in Lazio, a hilly agricultural area about two hours south of Rome. The duo tends to native grape varieties across around four hectares and make natural wines with a lot of rusticity. This rosato has a lot of body, with many different native varieties combining to make a pretty punchy little number. Not an aperitif; drink it more like a chilled red.
