Marc Fuyà is a charismatic and thoughtful Catalan producer of ciders that should barely go by the name. Above all, the beverages he produces under the label 'Serps Sidra' are wines, careful and refined, often sourced from wild trees in the rugged and sunny nooks and crannies in the Empordà where Marc works. This bottling, called 'Lord,' is a "festively sparkling natural cider made with organic apples from the Pyrenees. The high altitude of these orchards create an extra level of delicate nuance on the palate."
