A white coming from the prized region of the Dão, from 70% Bical and 30% Cerceal Branco native varieties. The grapes see 8 to 10 days of skin contact, then are fermented in a large chestnut wood tank, and finally given another year in chestnut casks on the lees. A textural white, with distinct rocky aromas balanced with tangerine and floral notes—great food wine and a super example of healthier, non-industrial white wines from coastal Portugal.
