The Pasquet family has been producing cognac in Grande Champagne on a tiny estate in Eraville since 1730, but starting in 1995 Jean-Luc Pasquet began cultivating his vineyards according to organic practices, with no added pesticides. This Premier Cru cognac is entirely made from ugni blanc grapes, aged between 7 and 10 years in Limousin oak. The result is an intense but balanced cognac that displays a great amount of fruit despite its age, with notes of grapefruit and pear with hints of chili powder spice on the finish.
