This one of a kind shochu is unusual for the fact that it is distilled with Sudachi citrus, which is a Tokushima specialty and popular across Japan. Unlike more typical shochu distilled from barley or sweet potato, Awa no Kaori is very light and crisp, with distinct lime-like citrus notes, acidity, and a slight bitterness. Drink it on the rocks or in a highball, or substitute it in for gin in your favorite cocktails!
