A classic American rye whiskey, built from a mash bill of at least 51% rye, aged in new, charred oak barrels. Mint, honeysuckle, and pepper on the nose, and fresh cut grass and some spiciness on the palate. Delicious in a Scofflaw or rye Manhattan.
