Metal House Cider is a small-batch farm cidery located in Esopus, New York. All the fruit picked and pressed by owners Matt and Kimberly is local to them, either from local abandoned orchards or sustainably grown on their own land. Their “Tazza” cider is a still coferment of apples from the Esopus orchard along with freshly pressed Cabernet Franc skins from nearby Fjord Winery. Tazza drinks a bit more like a wine than a cider, smooth and fruity with lots of green bell pepper notes - perfect for a weeknight wine if you’re looking for something a little different!
