100% Chardonnay made by Jonathan Maunoury, a one-time chemist in Brussels who in 2015 decided to return to his native France and get into the wine business. He works in Puy-Notre-Dame, a small hill sandwiched between the regions of Saumur and Anjou with the distinction of being one of the driest places in France. This unique terroir is one of the reasons for this wine's expressive aromaticity and well-rounded palate. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster fermentation and zero added sulphites result in a beautiful chardonnay with pure fruit and volume - notes of yellow apple and white peach balanced with a subtle minerality.
