Made using cherry blossoms collected from throughout the Buffalo, NY's Olmsted Park System, this gin opens with a soft delicate texture and finishes firm, floral, and slightly sweet. Notes of lemon, rose, juniper, and coconut—lightly floral and peppery. Incredible in a lighter-styled gin and soda highball.
