This famous aperitif wine has made a resurgence in recent years as the cocktail revolution has inspired a new generation of mixologists to explore tried, true, and traditional potations. It consists of 85% Semillon and 15% macerated (primarily citrus) liqueurs. Think of it as a refreshing and delightful aromatized white Bordeaux.
