Miha and Tom, the couple behind the label called “The Absurd Genius of Flowers,” are great believers in the divine capacity of nature to create staggering beauty - which is why they named their wine label this way. Their wines are ephemeral, with cuvées and vinifications a bit different every year. This Cinsault spent around a week on the skins, one half of the fruit destemmed, one half whole-cluster in alternating layers in the fermentation tank. Ruddy, fresh, floral, earthen, unique—these are artistic, almost Impressionist wines.
