Stunning Yellow Muscat (or Gelber Muskateller in German) from a fantastic biodynamic producer in hilly, forested Slovenia—not far from the Adriatic but also not far from Austria. Keltis farms not "by schedule but by rhythm," does not filter nor fine, allows for long elevage periods even on the white wines, and adds minimal sulfur... These are bright, vivid wines, and the Rumeni Muškat, an already rare variety, is top-flight.
