Using indigenous grapes like Tsitska, Tsolikouri, Sapere and more, fermented in traditional Kvevri and without use of SO2 or industrial yeast. Their focus on minimal intervention showcases the region's terroir, resulting in bright but deep flavors reflecting the local landscape.
