Enderle & Moll's soft, citrusy, entry-level white. Made from a commonly planted Central European white variety, Müller-Thurgau was crossed by a scientist from two parent grapes, Riesling and the very uncommon Madeleine Royale. Fresh, breezy, with medium acidity and Enderle & Moll's signature gauzy texture. A great swap-out for standard, heavily-filtered dry white wines—useful when nudging someone away from Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio.
