Provence native Jean-Marie Rimbert grew up on a family farm and trained not as a winemaker but as a more general agriculturist. He has farmed organically since 2003 (achieving certification in 2013), and considers himself in it long term. ‘Le Petit Cochon Bronzé’ (“the Suntanned Little Pig”) is Jean-Marie’s offering to “those who don’t have a pool.” This refreshing rosé is made from destemmed cinsault, grenache and syrah grapes, fermented with natural yeast. Juicy ripe red cherries, sun-warmed fig, blood orange, and hints of guava all mingle together in a sipper that’s perfect for pairing with a vast array of dishes - no pool required!
