Christine and Joel Menard have been farming naturally, employing biodynamics and no chemicals, for 30 years (before it was more common or cool). Their natural wines are as classic Loire/French as we can think of: clear, harmonious, delicious and easy to drink. Think lemon, white note, underripe peaches, a touch of honey, but still dry. Really beautiful, even though this wine is intended to be just a simple white wine to drink at a bar!
