The gents at Decideret are making some of the most precise, cleanly, and focused apple-fruit co-ferment wines we know. The 'Home Alone' is made on 100 % Holsteiner Cox and full of energy with a razor-sharp brightness but vigorously fruity. One third of the Cox were fermented in old bourbon casks and two thirds in neutral tanks. Bone dry, complex sparkling apple wine from Fyn, Denmark.
