A super solid, not-too-spicy rye whiskey from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, one of the first distilleries to open in the state and attempt to put the region's once-bustling whiskey production back on the map. Mash bill includes 80% rye, 15% malted barley, and 5% rye malt – all locally sourced. Not too fiery or burly, but not at all sweet like the standard American bourbons. A great argument for rye and a nice one to graduate to after you're acclimated to Bulleit or Buffalo Trace.
