Unbelievably mineral and focused apple wine from Leif Sundström, one of the more structured but energetic bottlings from apples we've seen in New York state; this wine is delicious every year. Vibrant, refreshing, with forceful bubbles, this is a Crémant-like apple fermentation that doesn't taste like the more run-of-the-mill ciders in the upstate market. Drink if you like Champagne and Crémant.
