Por Siempre means forever in Spanish, and the name reflects both respect for the traditions of sotolieros past as well as a sense of the generations of distillers to come. Made with 100% wild-harvested Dasylirion Wheeleri from the Sierra Madre mountains, the sotol is roasted in a horno (earthen oven) and fermented in open-air wooden vats before being distilled twice in traditional copper stills. Por Siempre is earthy, wild, and rustic, with subtle smokiness and bold minerality supported by citrus and pepper notes.
