This beautiful eau de vie made with heirloom, estate-grown Passe-Crassanne pears is distilled in a continuous still after the fruit has been macerated for several months. It is supple in texture, pure, and mouth-filling. Traditionally served chilled after dinner, to the tune of an ounce or two. Notes of Anjou pear, vanilla, and light florals. Dry.
