Cascahuin Tahona Tequila looks back to traditional tequila making, and incorporates the use of a tahona (a stone mill used to crush the agave dating back centuries) to extract the agave sugars. Savory notes and minerality are heightened due to the use of the tahona and a traditional stone oven for roasting. This is a higher-proof blanco at 42% for a crisp tasting experience and increased citrus, herbal and floral notes.
