After stints as both a brewer and a winemaker, Oregon native Lee Medoff caught the distilling bug and started Bull Run Distillery in 2010 with the goal of making a pure malt Oregon whiskey. This is a 'High Rye' bourbon, with more than 51% corn and less than 10% barley in the base mash. A minimum of four year-old barrels are blended into every batch. ABV and percentage of rye change from batch to batch.
