Branchwater Farms is, in the producers' own words, not "just a distillery but an integrated group of micro-farms, all cultivated in accordance with organic and regenerative farming principles." This gin is a representation of these practices. In collaboration with Austrian master distiller Hans Reisetbauer, the gin is triple-distilled from estate-grown wheat, using custom-made copper pot stills and water from the farm’s well. Citrus, pink peppercorn, and cardamom botanicals, as well as juniper, work together to create a balanced and aromatic spirit emblematic of the Hudson Valley. Makes an exquisite martini to drink during the chilly, reflective solstice season.
