Bordiga is an old-school producer of northern Italian vermouths, small-scale and still operating in its original building (and pot still!) founded in the 1880's by a famous Torino bar owner. This white vermouth is one of the most delicious available in the world, with botanicals used including gentian, coriander, nutmeg, and fennel. In the winter, try this in a white Negroni; in summer, on its own or with a splash of soda as an aperitivo.
