Distillate of whole Marasca cherries (hence this style of liqueur's name), distillate of whole black cherries, infusion of Madagascar vanilla, sugar, and water—all of these are blended together and left to rest in this liqueur from Bordiga. The best thing about this Maraschino is that it's craft produced and actually tastes like the produce it comes from; it builds a beautiful Aviation, but also fits neatly into a darker cocktail like a Martinez.
