A fascinating blend of four different Grillo vineyards, vinified separately and in different styles, then combined into a kaleidoscopic view of what this grape variety can be in Sicily. This wine is a hymn to more oxidative, complex, but still salty white wines from the island: but it's fuller-bodied, a touch intense, meant for the main courses of a meal and definitely not as a white wine with which to begin. A very unique and interesting example of how diverse white wines on this island can be!
