At 36, Superstar Arianna Occhipinnti is already on her 19th vintage. Coming from a winemaking family (COS is her uncle), she is almost singlehandedly responsible for Sicily’s wine resurgence - and this is her most famous wine! This organically farmed Frappato comes from 40 year old vines, growing at 280 meters above sea level. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeast and aged 14 months in barrels before being bottled unfiltered. Look for bright notes of strawberry, cinnamon, and raspberry puree. This is an ethereal, elegant red.
