An artisanal selection of Jalisco tequila blanco, distilled by Felipe Camarena in the highland town of Jesús-María at El Pandillo, a very unique tiny distillery. The agave is fermented with rainwater(!), and distilled in small copper pot stills, and is fully additive-free. Notes of spearmint, freshly cut grass, and gently-cooked agave. This is a beautiful blanco tequila—leave the Casamigos at the door.
