Grown together, harvested together, pressed and fermented as one - this wine is 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit and broadness of the Semillon is made nuanced with a bit of voltage from green and bright Sauvignon Blanc. It's a variation on a traditional white Bordeaux, but coming from the sunshine-drenched, river-rock laden area of Lake County. Beautiful full-bodied white that suits baked pastas, creamy seafood dishes, or eggplant-based dishes like babaghanoush or caponata.
