'La Mariole' is a cuvée made the excellent Ledogar label from 100 year-old vines of Carignan, fermented wild with virtually no sulfur, unfined and unfiltered—it has Carignan's characteristic bold red fruit, plus great acidity, with lots of herbal, soil-driven notes that reveal it as being from Corbières, where the Ledogar project is located. A steal of a wine for the price.
