A lovely rosé of Primitivo, macerated on the skins for only two days before being pressed off into porcelain amphorae for a short resting period. Magenta in hue, aromatically this wine jumps out of the glass with rhubarb and cranberry notes. Don't be scared of the slightly deeper color: not all rosés should be Provençale pale. Medium-weight, tart, invigorating: a great rosato to transition from winter into spring.
