The soil types are a bit different in these parts, often with a stony, Jurassic-era set of soils, including some of the Kimmeridgian limestone for which Chablis is famous. That said, the climate crisis has been warming everything up in Burgundy for quite some time now, and that means regions that were previously only designated for white wines can now produce very pretty, nicely ripe and balanced reds. Goisot’s is a fine example, with medium weight, ruddy ripe red fruit, a lightly candied feel, and so on. Very nice Pinot Noir from an often unaffordable region.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"CT Vendor","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":47513306005669,"sku":"6112286","price":30.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0579\/3395\/5237\/files\/Folkways-Wines-Spirits-ghislaine-and-jean-hugues-goisot-traditionnel-cote-dauxerre-organic-biodynamic-france-burgundy-pinot-noir.jpg?v=1775856488","url":"https:\/\/folkwayswines.com\/products\/ghislaine-jean-hugues-goisot-traditionnel-cote-d-auxerre","provider":"Folkways","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
