Fatalone is a third-generation winery keeping traditions in the area alive, where many people ceased making wine generations ago. Greco Bianco is a very herbaceous grape, and Fatalone's version tastes like ripe melon, oyster shell, and white flowers. If you're a full-bodied Chardonnay drinker but want to try something new, this Mediterranean white is a cool place to start.
