Pierre Michelland of Domaine de la Reáltière makes some of the most crushable Provençale wines we know, without having them be flimsy or overly simple. This vin blanc is the opposite of celebrity brands and cheapo dumb rosé with which this stunning Mediterranean region has been sadly identified. Medium weight, super saline, bursting with supple citrus and melon fruits, finish of gravel, mountain, Roman centurion. Absolutely drink it on a park bench - that's what the cuvée name and label and Pierre himself recommend.
