This Provençale white wine is proof that the oceans of pale pink wine that emerge from this region aren't the real story of the southeastern part of France in any way. Pierre Michelland offers us a medium-to-full-bodied, joyful and herbal white from native Provençale varieties Ugni Blanc, Clairette, and the rare Araignan. It should be had with shellfish and linguine and capers on a picnic table outside. Buy two bottles or you'll be upset.
