Each class will feature four cheeses and wines accompanied by abundant snacks and palate cleansers. We will unpack the methods, regions, producers, history, seasonality and flavor profiles that make each distinct.

Using the iconic fall fruit as our guide, we'll take an adventure through apple-based wines and distillates from across the style spectrum and taste them with cheeses that go beyond the expected pairings.

WOMEN IN WINE & CHEESE / Thursday November 9, 6pm or 7.15pm
Women are making some of the most captivating wines and cheeses available today. We'll explore flavors from legends and newcomers, and sprinkle in some (often surprising) history along the way.
